How to best prepare for your appointment:

Precare:

Eyebrow procedures: 

• You cannot be pregnant or breast feeding. 
• Refrain from taking any blood thinning medications or substances unless prescribed by your doctor such as: Ibuprofen, Coumadin, aspirin, fish oils, Omega 3 vitamins, hair growth serums, acne medications, alcoholic beverages 1 week prior to your appointment. 
• Other products to avoid are Botox, fillers, Retin A, anti-aging serums, skin brightening creams 4 weeks prior to your appointment.
• Avoid drinking caffeine the morning of your appointment. 
• Avoid the sun 30 days prior to your appointment. Tanned skin does not tattoo well. 
• If you have a headache, you may take Tylenol.  
• Come in with a clean face if possible.

Eyeliner procedures: Same as above and… 

• You cannot use lash growth enhancement products for 3 months prior to service.
• No false eyelashes. 
• Do not wear contacts to your appointment, glasses only.

Lips procedures: Same as eyebrow precare and… 

• We recommend talking to your Primary Care Physician about getting an anti-viral medication prior to your procedure if you are prone to getting cold sores.

Aftercare:

There will be 1-2 hours of aftercare that you must follow so plan to go home directly following your procedure. Have an ice medium handy such as a bag of frozen peas or soft ice pack. No sweating for 1 week post procedure. No getting procedure area wet for 10 days following procedure so plan vacations accordingly. Additional aftercare instructions and products will be provided to you at your appointment.

Please feel free to bring a blanket with you as we cannot provide one due to Covid.
